Three Layers, One Recording
The ECG waveform shows every heartbeat. Heart rate and breathing rate follow it second by second. Summaries such as average heart rate, heart rate variability, and sleep efficiency describe a whole activity or night. When a summary surprises you, open the session and go to the moment it happened: what you were doing, how you were breathing, and what the ECG shows. Export the data in CSV or EDF to analyze it in your own tools.
