Stand Straight
Stand in front of a full-length mirror with your arms along your body. Keep the tape flat against the skin and parallel to the ground.
Measure the Thorax
Wrap the tape around the rib cage, just under the pectoral muscles or under the breasts. Breathe out and note the measurement.
Measure the Navel
Repeat at the level of the navel. Breathe out and note the measurement.
Measure the Chest (Optional)
Measure around the fullest part of the chest. It refines the size between two options.

The women's Astroskin Kit combines a sensor shirt, headband and removable recording device for continuous and longitudinal physiological monitoring. The Astroskin system supports monitoring of blood pressure, pulse oximetry, 3-lead ECG, respiration, skin temperature and activity, with 48 hours of autonomy.

Sensors and measurements

The shirt contains textile 3-lead ECG sensors, two Respiratory Inductance Plethysmography (RIP) sensors and a neoprene-encapsulated skin-temperature thermistor.
The headband includes photoplethysmography (PPG), heart-rate and pulse-oximetry (SpO2) sensing.
The removable, reusable recorder includes a 3-axis accelerometer for activity sensing.

Monitoring capabilities are provided by the combined Astroskin system, not by the shirt alone.

Fit and garment features

Black women's sleeveless shirt with a scoop neckline, racerback and adjustable shoulder straps.
Size options: XXSmall, XSmall, Small, Medium, Large, XLarge and XXLarge.

Fabric and care

73% polyamide micro and 27% elastane.
The shirt is machine washable.
Quick-drying fabric designed to regulate moisture and heat.
UV protection.
Antibacterial treatment to help prevent odors.

Recording, power and connectivity

The shirt connects to the included removable, reusable Astroskin recorder, which uses Bluetooth 2.1. The system is powered by two replaceable AA batteries and provides 48 hours of autonomy. A USB cable is included.

Software and data access

The Astroskin platform includes iOS apps for iPhone and iPad, data synchronization software and a web dashboard.

Compatibility

The sensor shirt is designed for use with the Astroskin recording device included in this kit. Unlike a standalone Astroskin shirt, this kit includes the recorder and headband.
