Hexoskin is looking for an administrative assistant to join its team.
The Administrative Assistant is in charge of supporting Hexoskin's executive team and helping with administrative, accounting, and human ressources tasks. The chosen candidate will work closely with the executive team, and will interact with sales, logistics and production. Our team is result-oriented and passionate about delivering leading innovative products to a large international community.
- Support the Executive team in the administration of the company.
- Maintain documentation and suggest new methods and processes to optimize operations.
- Manage relationships with suppliers for the office.
- Support the relationship between sales, shipping and accounting.
- Manage payroll and contracts with employees.
- Manage company's compliance with labour's laws.
- Contribute to team members wellbeing and to improve the team's environment.
- Flawless English and French written communication skills.
- Previous experience in similar position.
- Experience in accounting/payroll.
- Experience with a CRM or ERP a plus.
