Hexoskin is looking for a Director of Human Resources to join its team!

Work Environment

The Director of Human Resources is in charge of finding and retaining the best team members to fulfill the company's mission. She/he works closely with the management team and interacts with all people throughout the company. We are results-oriented and passionate about delivering leading innovative products to a large international community.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improves HR processes.
• Support the team in finding and hiring new colleagues.
• Follow new team members during the onboarding process.
• Support individual and team training plans.
• Help managers plan resources to deliver projects on time.
• Make sure the company complies with laws, regulations and the company's own values.
• Update company's HR documentation and employee's guide.
• Maintain quality metrics for employees' satisfaction and personal development.
• Help management with employees' compensation plans.

Competencies

• Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• 5+ years of relevant experience (startup or tech).
• Rigorous work ethics.
• Familiarity with Quebec, Canada, and US laws.
