Stand Straight
Stand in front of a full-length mirror with your arms along your body. Keep the tape flat against the skin and parallel to the ground.
Measure the Thorax
Wrap the tape around the rib cage, just under the pectoral muscles or under the breasts. Breathe out and note the measurement.
Measure the Navel
Repeat at the level of the navel. Breathe out and note the measurement.

This men's smart shirt with built-in all-textile sensors provides continuous physiological data collection when paired with a compatible Hexoskin recording device, in a lightweight, comfortable fit.

The 73% polyamide micro and 27% elastane fabric is machine washable, quick-drying, UV-protective, and treated to be 99.9% antibacterial. A secure YKK-zippered pocket holds the compatible Hexoskin device.

Please note that the required Hexoskin device is sold separately and is needed to record biometric data.
